Description: Schedule and train kitchen volunteers. Be available or find substitutes for volunteers who can't show up for their shift.
Commitment: One week per month Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00-11:00am. Be on the ready! If someone doesn't show up, drop what you're doing and jump in to help.
Skills needed: A clear understanding of operating and cleaning commercial kitchen equipment. Lead a team of cooks and provide instruction as needed. Organization, time management, and safety are required. Serv-Safe certification required.
